The Clinical Research Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful planning, implementation and evaluation of the 3CTN-led Canadian Remote Access Framework for clinical Trials initiative. Acting as the project lead for the landmark CRAFT study, the Project Manager will help ensure resources, activities and work outputs are aligned with project deliverables. This includes being responsible for creating clear, measureable and attainable objectives, communicating project progress appropriately as well as cost tracking, budget and time management. As required, the Project Manager will be expected to anticipate and make adaptations to work plans where foreseeable, appropriately identify solutions to project conflicts and/or escalate when necessary.
In carrying out their responsibilities, this role is required to maintain working relationships with a wide range of collaborators and stakeholders including clinical trial teams, patient partners, consultants and other knowledge leaders.
